Eligibility for Refunds

  • Exchanges are applicable only for items purchased directly from our website (www.tinglingprints.com).
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of the shipping date.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased with discounts are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Gift cards and personalized items cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

  • The cost of exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
